Quantum Universe
Quantum Universe 2027 brings together researchers working at the interface of particle physics, gravitation, cosmology, quantum field theory, and related areas of fundamental physics. The event is designed to foster interdisciplinary discussions on some of the most important open problems in modern physics, including the nature of dark matter and dark energy, quantum gravity, neutrino physics, and fundamental symmetries.
The 2027 edition consists of two complementary events:
Quantum Universe Graduate School (3–6 June 2027), dedicated to PhD students and early-career researchers, featuring pedagogical lectures delivered by internationally recognized experts.
Quantum Universe Conference (7–11 June 2027), bringing together leading researchers from different areas of theoretical and experimental physics to promote scientific exchange and new collaborations.
By combining advanced training with an international conference, Quantum Universe 2027 aims to create a stimulating environment where young researchers and established scientists can interact, exchange ideas, and develop future collaborations.
Proceedings of Quantum Universe 2027 will be published in the International Journal of Geometric Methods in Modern Physics (IJGMMP) (Q1 Journal).
Quantum Universe 2027 will take place at the Borbonic Prison of Avellino, one of the city’s most important historical landmarks. Built in the early nineteenth century during the Bourbon period, the venue combines historical significance with modern conference facilities, providing a unique setting for scientific discussions in the heart of Avellino.
The registration fee for the Quantum Universe Graduate School, taking place from 3 to 6 June 2027, is €250 and includes the welcome aperitif, lunches, hotel accommodation in shared double, triple, or quadruple rooms, a welcome kit, and the conference proceedings.
The registration fee for the Quantum Universe Conference, taking place from 7 to 11 June 2027, is €350 and includes the welcome aperitif, lunches, the social dinner, a welcome kit, and the conference proceedings.
Participants wishing to attend both the Quantum Universe Graduate School and the Quantum Universe Conference can benefit from a combined registration fee of €550.
